Hole in road surface

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 421749.

This hole, like most others in Bourne, has been developing for some considerable time. It is outside the Public Toilets (10 South Street?). The top layer of the tarmac has broken away and does not appear to be connected to the BT scheduled work.
