Blocked drain the traffic is spray the path with road debris

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 421788.

I live at 3 aspen park newark road, the drain is now blocked severely, the traffic is forcing road water and debris on the the path which is unsafe and muddy. anyone walking into the village either walks on my grass or on the slippy pavement.

The exact location is at 3 aspen park Newark road ln1 2ju . It’s where I live ! The drain has collapsed would someone be able to come and look at it , the village of Laughterton.
