I have just seen that this investigation of the dead tree has been changed to ‘no further action’ with no contact with myself as the reporter. Are you really going to leave a small dead tree , an eyesore, on the verge? I would like to know what is going on please. I see that a mature tree some feet away has been marked with a red mark. Is this tree, which is alive, going to be cut down instead? Some reasonable communication would be very welcome.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. Due to budgetary constraints non-essential tree maintenance work will be scheduled in the new financial year. If the condition of the tree deteriorates or safety is impacted then please report the change. Thank you for reporting this matter.
