We use a risk-based approach to prioritise encroachments that are considered to be a significant danger or nuisance to users of the highway. One set of lights is clearly visible to highway users. In this instance we aren’t taking immediate enforcement action but will continue to monitor and review this site as part of our routine inspections of the highway. If the problem deteriorates considerably, please report this again to us. Thank you for reporting this matter.
