Disabled parking sign obscured .

Sent to East Lindsey District Council and Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 422176.

The Disabled Parking sign immediately outside the St Anne’s Fish and Chip Shop has had black paint sprayed on it. Consequently, anyone is parking there making it virtually impossible for Disabled Drivers to use it.
