Bottom light on the Wig wag unit on the sign is not working

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 422447.

I work for LCC in the road safety department and will soon be starting a new school crossing patrol in Heighington. The wig wag lights to inform motorists of the SCP being on duty are faulty.

I am undire of how long there has been issue, but the bottom light is not working.
