Road crumbling apart

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 422753.

The road is literally crumbling away at the edge across from the junction. Repair works were done here 12 months or so ago for the exact same issue, which clearly haven’t been successful. Needs a more permanent solution.
