Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 422815.

Lamp / electricity pole partially snapped, light fitting junction box not peoperly joined to lamp and exposed wiring going from junction box to lamp. This has been like this now for months and no one has done anything. The lamp is now also not functioning since it is probabl full of water and causing a short circuit or blown fuse.
