Missing grating

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 422846.

This was reported on Fri 21st Jan 2022 as - "There was a "double" surface water drain situated in the verge opposite No. 2 Allenby Close. One of the cast iron gratings is totally missing, the other has been dislodged." (Council ref: 414997.)

The updates given by LCC state that the works were completed within 2 hours and 10 minutes the same Friday afternoon. They were not.

This grating is still missing 3 months later, it appears to have been substituted with a sandbag, topped with a traffic cone but still a potential hazard to pedestrians or vehicles.
