Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 423054.

Deep trough formed around manhole covering two lanes, if your in left lane you hit with both front and rear R/H wheels and in the right hand lane hit with both front and rear L\H wheels as the deep channel is all the way round manhole
