Public pathway blocked by planting of a tree outside No.3 Woolley Road, LN22FF

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown tree/hedges category anonymously at 21:52, Tuesday 3 May 2022

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 423655.

I am informing you of a tree planting issue; planting of a tree in the middle of the public path, that happened outside of No.3 Woolley Road LN2 2FF on 2nd May 2022 by the occupants.

This tree is sited in the middle of the public pathway as seen in the photo. The lighter green grass either side of the tree highlights where the public footpath demarcation line is formed from the concrete and brickwork edging. The site plan enclosed dated year 2000 identifies the pathway clearly.
