These barriers have been missing since June 2021, when a car damaged most of them. They should have been replaced by now, 11 months later. Why haven't they been? There is now only 1 barrier standing, and the temporary barriers have fallen over. Surely pedestrian safety is being compromised. See attached photo taken from Google Earth of how it should look. Please can these barriers be replaced asap
