Blocked Drain

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 21:31, Wednesday 11 May 2022

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 424215.

All the drains on the Louth Bypass are in this blocked condition. Next storm we have all of the junctions will flood, the roads will be closed, the fire service will be called, traffic will go through the town, everything will grind to a halt, many meetings will have to be had afterwards and all the clean hi-vis jacket wearers will get many days out of their Lincoln Ivory Towers to discuss the issue, all because the drains are not regular cleaned out. The whole system around the bypass is not fit for purpose.
