First island in road after sutton bridge, Bridge

The refuge beacon has been knocked over and it looks like someone has been to attend it but have left it in a very dangerous way with cables still connected to the switch device and laying all over the road, I really do hope these cables are not live as people use this as a crossing point. I'm really disappointed that this has been left in such a dangerous Manor.
