Trough in road surface around roundabout, 8cm deep, 6 meters long, had deepened since last reported.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 424339.

This was reported last year when it wasn't as deep, but was not repaired. This is now very dangerous, if a motorcycle or cycle wheel went in it, it could cause a serious crash. When filled with rainwater i've seen cars skid sideways when going round the roundabout. please repair this.

  • These deep troughs in the road now have 15 reports on here some going back 2 years, please repair the road before someone is seriously injured or killed in a crash

  • This has grown & is now longer since my last update, areas of the troughs are braking up at the edges making it wider. I will be contacting my local MP as this is negligent, reported 2 years ago & still not repaired.

  • Thanks for filling the trough with tarmac, unfortunately the new tarmac has sunk in the trough, so the trough is still dangerous, especially when it's been raining as it's collecting water.
