Road Markings problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 7200265.

Kerb blips need refreshing where there is a no loading restriction. Double yellow lines need refreshing - TRO Maps will be sent separately - Also not clear on opposite side where Double yellow line restrictions end from being seasonal into non-seasonal. No end bar in yellows and the sign has no arrow?
