Branches overhanging path and road
Reported via mobile in the Tree/hedge restricting available highway category anonymously at 06:12, Tuesday 17 May 2022
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 424487.
The trees from property on corner of cul de sac are overhanging the pavement and road for last two years. My guests and neighbours have been asked by tenant of that bungalow not to park high sided vehicles on the road as it is damaging her trees. Workvans are being scratched by overhanging trees and leave debris on road and path. Lower branches are head height for pedestrians. A wheelchair user requires access to the path. It is an electric chair with very little clearance so fallen twigs, piles of wet leaves in autumn are a problem .

We are taking appropriate enforcement action. The enforcement process can sometimes take a long time to complete. Although you may not see any site changes quickly work will still be taking place behind the scenes. Thank you for your patience while this work takes place.
