Previously repaired pothole is sinking rapidly again

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 424497.

Near to kerb, but is directly in line with vehicle wheels if another vehicle is approaching in the opposite direction and then cannot be avoided. Becoming deep enough to cause damage to car wheels or throw a cyclist.
