• The timing issue with lights from Silver Street towards Station Road is not in proper sequence and causing a long tailback on Silver Street. Not ideal at all and happens frequesntly

• Still an issue on 24/05/22. This has happened twice where I have waited on Silver Street through 6-7 sequences and no green light for traffic coming from Silver Street, resulting in a long queue of traffic behind me and having to inch out of the junction against the light.

• Most of the traffic on this junction passes along high street and sleaford road but the default setting on the lights is red for traffic passing in these directions. This causes unnecessary stoppages, wasting fuel and causing additional damage to he environment

• Would it be possible for you to send someone out to look at the timings on the traffic lights in Branston, I travel to work at 0515 on the B1188 and before the resurfacing work they would always be on green until someone approached from the side roads but now they are on red every time I come through and don’t turn green until both side roads have gone. This is having a big effect on the rush hour traffic at night and it causing queues all the way back past fairleas and when you eventually get to the traffic lights there is no traffic on silver street or station road.

• I travel through Branston almost daily and cannot fail to notice the long queues on the way through Branston coming out of Lincoln and the new bypass every evening, with quite regularly none or only one or two cars waiting in the opposite direction coming into Lincoln. Because of the extended green light heading into Lincoln (due to the extra right turn green light onto Station Rd), the traffic coming out of town has so little time to pass through it’s resulting in queues which yesterday we’re back to the first few Branston houses from the new bypass island. Surely the sequencing could be adjusted slightly to allow a long period coming out of town? I can’t be the only person to notice this and it’s certainly got worse since the bypass was finished.
