Sent to Boston Borough Council and Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 424692.

Paint containers dumped next to buns that haven't been put away. Boston Borough Council refuse to accept that this is a problem, not sure why regular photographic evidence and access to site CCTV. Perhaps they just don't like the residents of White Horse Lane or are friends with the culprit? CCTV footage, as ever, available fro. The equally pointless Ashley.Humphrey@hlmproperty.com Bring on the next Council elections.
