Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 424886.
In this area there is both an old telegraph pole bracing wire attachment point and a broken utility meter housing. The former is a significant piece of metal work and the latter a weed overgrown concrete cupboard with a broken door. Both are hazardous to pedestrians and animals, in particular the school children who frequent the area on their way to / from school. Not only a trip hazard, there is broken and splintered wood from the utility meter housing door which could cause injury. I understand the telegraph pole was removed a number of years ago and I am unsure of the start of the utility cupboard issue.

The problem is NOT fixed and the issues remain; I walked that’s way today, Thu 16 Jun 22. There remains the possibility of injury to both pedestrians (in particular children who will no doubt pass on their way to / from St Andrews school) and animals. I am at a loss why, with a pretty accurate what.three.words reference and two accurate photographs (apart from a persons foot which will likely not be there), the issue was not found. Entrance road to the Heckington Pavilion, just off Howell Road and immediately on the left hand side. I have also responded outside of fix my street having had a personal email stating the issue could not be found. The issue remains very much alive.
