Street light is in the hedge between No 1 & No 3 Shardloes

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 424995.

I reported the light faulty some time ago, the repair only lasted for about 2 weeks as when it was repaired the light cover wasn't clipped back on properly and the top half of the light has blown off and is now missing. The bottom of the remaining piece of light is only the lens and this is full of water, the birds are enjoying it as a bath though so happy days.
