Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 425235.
Tree overgrown again, branches are below head height and are a danger to pedestrians. This happens every year and should be cut right back.

This fault will be fixed as part of our next cycle of works. We cut the grass three times a year and treat weeds twice a year between April and October.

Presumably you are well insured against claims for damages such as broken glasses or damaged eyes. Perhaps you do not appreciate that the tree in question moves in the wind so that the branches move up and down so that they can be blown into pedestrians faces.
