Reported via desktop in the Tree/hedge restricting available highway category anonymously at 19:13, Monday 30 May 2022

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 425235.

Tree overgrown again, branches are below head height and are a danger to pedestrians. This happens every year and should be cut right back.

  • Presumably you are well insured against claims for damages such as broken glasses or damaged eyes. Perhaps you do not appreciate that the tree in question moves in the wind so that the branches move up and down so that they can be blown into pedestrians faces.
