Grass outside Healthlinc house

The path from roman Road just stops before healthlinc House... We have tackled the grass while we have lived here but now it's getting dangerous during school runs etc. The path really needs to continue as a mother with a buggy I constantly have to cross the road (which is unsafe already because the dropped kerb is someone's driveway on the opposite side) then we have to cross again 5 meters away to come back onto healthlinc House side from the "bumpy path" the path I preciously reported on clidd Road which there is also no drop kerb and everyone that works at healthlinc House parks in the road outside so we're stuck for choice really. There needs to either be a safer crossing on cliff Road so we don't have to worry about speeding vehicles going out towards Scampton or the path needs to continue on the right hand side of the road!
