We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because Surfleet Bank Lane is a narrow rural road in an agricultural area, as such conditions like those described are not unusual and can be expected at times when driving on the areas of our road network that are like this. The recent poor weather combined with agricultural activity has highlighted many sites like this one and we do have to prioritise the limited resource we have to issues where there is a significant highway safety issue being created but we will continue to monitor as part of our routine highway inspections. Thank you for reporting this matter.
