Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 425787.

Manhole cover and frame dislodged leaving a hole, and a tripping. This had been reported to Western Power and LCC before and site visits have taken place. However nothing has been done to repair this and it is and remains a dangerous tripping hazard.
