Water run off from path risks flooding property

Good day. I want to make you aware of a footpath in front of the property (The Walnuts, Main Road, Algarkirk, Boston, PE202LQ) is cambered and funnels rain water toward the front door of the property. The pictures show silt buildup from the last considerable rain fall. It only takes short but heavy rain to cause to much water to build up outside the front door. This will soon cause flooding of the property. The property has once before been flooded for this reason but the previous owners did not make you aware of the issue. A drain is needed on the foot path to prevent future flood of the property. Thank you

    Silt and road debris was cleared from the footpath but after a heavy, but short, rainfall the new silt build up clearly shows the road/path runoff is funneled strait to the front door of the property. If the rain intensity persisted any longer then water would of entered the property. This has only been a problem after the the A17 has been resurfaced which raised the road.

    Short but heavy rain from thunder storm on 09/09/2022 shows run off from pavement building by front door. Requires resolve soon to prevent potential flood over winter.
