Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 426049.

Last Oct/Nov 2021 you trimmed all the trees on the Ave,and fell a rotten tree outside the above address. To this day you still have NOT Grind the stump away, this needs doing as a emergency, as it is a TRIP HAZARD.
