Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 426495.

Previously reported (ref 425582) and claimed to have been fixed, but it wasn't and reports to you of this fact ignored. It still isn't working properly. I would attach a video (photos aren't any use!) but the system doesn't allow it.
