Still not working several months after first report. As it is now dark earlier and this is a well used footpath that discharges directly onto a bend in a road where vehicles regularly exceed the speed limit it is now an urgent HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK. THis lamp colum n is numbered 87 bu the adjacent column immediately outside the development site has also been out for months. Urgen action required/
