On crossing barriers in middle of the road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 426637.

AUK advertising banner has been put up on the railings in the middle of the crossing. When turning right on to Caunt Road from Springfield Road you cannot see traffic coming in the opposite direction past the Co-op shop. I have only noticed this in the last week or so but it is very dangerously placed.
