Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 426644.

Footings half metre wide one metre deep dug in garden next to footpath causing footpath to crack open no protection for pedestrians of falling in open trench , tape and lamp irons required plus shuttering to prevent collapse of footpath into trench.

  • No further action required with this issue, we have spoken with the property owners who are in the process of building a brick wall frontage. Property owners advised that they need some guarding in place as currently they would be liable if any persons were injured. Thank you for reporting this matter.
