Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 426644.
Footings half metre wide one metre deep dug in garden next to footpath causing footpath to crack open no protection for pedestrians of falling in open trench , tape and lamp irons required plus shuttering to prevent collapse of footpath into trench.

No further action required with this issue, we have spoken with the property owners who are in the process of building a brick wall frontage. Property owners advised that they need some guarding in place as currently they would be liable if any persons were injured. Thank you for reporting this matter.
