Reporting a H&S concern under the Highways act and HASW1972 regulations particularly concerning a sub standard repair undertaken by LCC Highways contractors to remedy previously reported dangerous footpath conditions.

  • The repairs completed were carried out to keep the highway safe on a temporary basis, a maintenance scheme is being prepared and provisionally programmed for November to refurbish the footways. Thank you for reporting this matter.
