Scalp Road leading to the Pilgrim Fathers memorial

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 426783.

The road leading to the well-maintained car park adjacent the Pilgrim Fathers memorial is virtually impassable. The memorial is clearly signposted for tourists, but its approach constitutes a very poor advert of neglect for those visiting Lincolnshire. The issue has been present for well over a year and continues to deteriorate.
