Overgrown vegetation reducing visibility of drivers and pedestrians.

Reported via Android in the Tree/hedge restricting available highway category anonymously at 08:36, Mon 27 June 2022

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 426806.

On the verge at the Back Lane/Woodlands junction there are two tree stumps where trees were removed some time ago - they are now all covered in ivy and overgrowth. This impairs visibility coming onto that junction which is well used by schoolchildren and pedestrians.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because there is no footway or crossing point to which these stumps are causing a problem. Stump removal is expensive and not warranted upon the grounds given. This is a 30mph quiet estate road. Thank you for reporting this matter.
