Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 426951.

Here at CPT Distribution Ltd, the yard has surface water as the main drainage system is blocked which stops water draining away from our site. this has caused a build up of blocked water pipes from the entrance off Enterprise way all the way down Stephenson Avenue. We have had an engineer to see if the drains could be unblocked but we were advised that it is a highways issue it it effecting such a large area,
