Path repairs

Reported via iOS in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 11:17, Monday 4 July 2022

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 427193.

Recently both Electric and water works have taken place. I believe this occurred when the electric works were taking place. Cuts have been made in the pavement which have not been filled in. Also the area that was dug up and refilled has small gaps around the edge . Both these issues will allow water ingress and accelerate additional damage to the footpath. Proper finishes and sealing would alleviate the necessity for repairs in the very near future

State changed to: not the council's responsibility

Posted by Lincolnshire County Council at 12:12, Monday 11 July 2022

  • Maybe not the councils responsibility.. but surely the council would have more clout when calling and instructing the other party to make good the paths that they have made a mess off

    Appalling
