Traffic warnings obscured by vegetation
Reported via desktop in the Sign (unlit) category anonymously at 15:05, Wed 6 July 2022
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 427346.
There are SIX signs on the B676 Stainby Road warning of the approach to the B6403 cross roads. The first image from GE in July one year ago shows the cross roads reduce speed now. The second image shows the 2 or the other 4 signs. There are actually 4 in that image. This is clearly a dangerous crossroads to merit 6 signs but they are all, to a greater or lesser extent obscured by foliage. It is clear that the land owners bordering the road are not in a position to clear the foliage and as they are your signs it is your responsibility to clear the overgrowth onto the highway.

We are taking appropriate enforcement action. The enforcement process can sometimes take a long time to complete. Although you may not see any site changes quickly work will still be taking place behind the scenes. Thank you for your patience while this work takes place.
