Tree growing across road.
Reported via Android in the Tree/hedge restricting available highway category anonymously at 17:26, Wed 6 July 2022
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 427354.
This tree is so large it blocks visibility for seeing vehicles leaving the drive, there have been a number of near misses. The Highway regulations state there should be a minimum of 1 metres between the tree and the road

We are taking appropriate enforcement action. The enforcement process can sometimes take a long time to complete. Although you may not see any site changes quickly work will still be taking place behind the scenes. Thank you for your patience while this work takes place.

It is believed that the reason nothing has been done to rectify this issue is the person who lives there is a Councillor, I trust this is just rumour, and then tree / Bush is cut back the building fence line as soon as possible and prevents another near miss.
