Double pothole problems with noise and vibrations reported to you on countless occasions. No action taken. Damage to my property as a result.

We acknowledge your concerns and accept that the highway has deteriorated in condition. We have assessed the fault in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and it does not require urgent action. If the fault deteriorates significantly please report this again to us. Thank you for reporting this matter.

This is extremely annoying. The noise and vibration caused by the defect which has been reported many times is extreme and should not have to be tolerated. Every time I report the issue I am told either the matter has been fixed [which of course it has not] or no further action is required [when action is required]. Ref. 427604
