Old lady in 80s, walking along became caught up in the weeds,fell causing bruises to face shoulder, knee.

  • We’re sending you this message to let you know that we’ve assessed the footway condition and –We acknowledge your concerns and accept that the footway has deteriorated in condition. We have assessed the fault in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and it does not require urgent action. This footway has been identified as requiring further works however these will be subject to funding and other County priorities. In the meantime we will continue to monitor this location as part of our routine inspection schedule. Thank you for reporting this matter.
