Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 427768.

I reported the problem some months ago (405237) and I recently asked for a progress report following a visit by a young man(Joe?) who marked to kerb length to be raised to prevent the flooding,. On checking the website I see the task has been closed. How can this be if the work 'to be scheduled' has not been carried out?
