Pavement surface is breaking up and generally in very poor condition and uneven. Trip hazard and dangerous for elderly/wheelchairs etc.

Repeatative flooding issue yet again in Rowan avenue . Nothing has been done by Highways department to address or solve this issue. Every time we get heavy rainfall this happens. Disgusting way to expect people to have to live !
