Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 428599.

There are lots of over hanging bushes including brambles that cause the narrowing of the foot path that cause the use of people using prams, walkers and wheelchairs not able pass and have to go on the highway to continue there journey. The brambles and also nettles are also a hazard to pedestrians

In this instance we don’t intend on taking immediate action. Because our current resources are extremely limited we have to focus our enforcement on matters of a significant danger or nuisance to road users.
