Unable to get pushchair past hedge and grass

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 428657.

Every year this happens, the glass needs cutting back and make the tarmac wider towards the road!

Unable to get pushchair past any of it, or a wheelchair!
