No: 426982. I did report it the path and tree and only the tree part is fixed. And you said it was fixed ???? As I said before there is only 12 inches in places to walk and on a main road car doing 60 mph it’s not safe. You will see in the pics the state off it, and the garden trowel is at the edge of the path. As you can see the 1.16 m is covered with grass and 12 inches to walk on.
