All along the verge on moor lane

There is a large quantity of ragwort, all long the verge opposite the equestrian centre, this poses a huge danger to all the horses there as it is highly poisonous to them. The ragwort on the equestrian centre land is removed due to it being poisonous; however the ragwort on the verge poses a huge threat as the seeds will blow onto the land and put many horses in danger again. The ragwort has been present there in excess of 3 months with no action being taken to control it.
