Surface water drain cover missing

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 429107.

There is a 9 inch circular surface water drain on Spinners Close opposite no 14. The cover is missing with the open drain a trip hazard especially with young children playing near it. Anglian Water attended the fault yesterday and said it not their responsibility and that Highways need to fix the problem.
