Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 429149.

Have lcc investigated this yet as I've reported it before. Next to speed limit sign. has been like this year's and right near lcc office, overlooked or what. Needs reporting to whoever responsible and fixing. "Love every drop" my backside

Taken today 24 degrees no rain for weeks. Unless lcc can explain otherwise i imagine there is a fault here, even though you deny a fault.
