Blocked drain causing rainwater flooding

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 429736.

Water cannot go down through the drain because the drain (in front of 98 Ruskin Avenue, Lincoln, LN2 4BT, by a lime tree, under the water, is blocked, again

  • With all the heavy rain over the last few days the drain is blocked again. This weekend is the weekend of the 10k race, last year runners were paddling through the water.
